I am still getting the message on my Klavio dashboard and via Klavio emails that my account needs attention. My website IT guy has checked three times and assured me everything has been done on our end - I don’t know what to do - Please help.

Have you taken any steps to update your sender info in light of the new Yahoo/Google requirements? For instance that means taking these three steps below. If you have you should be all set!
Set up DMARC authentication for your sending domain
Align your “From:” header with your domain
Make unsubscribing easier and clearer
