My account doesn’t show up on the side bar on my iPad so I can not access my account. What can I do to get to my account settings?

What browser are you using on your iPad?
I have just used my iPad with the Chrome browser (a recommended browser for Klaviyo) and was able to see my account in the bottom left hand corner in both portrait and landscape view.

I’m using Safari and I’m thinking that is the problem. I switched to Firefox and could see it.
