problems with my accounts and integration

I first created an account directly with Klaviyo as far as I know, with the mail X.

then i added user Y and he created email flows. i could also put shopify triggers in it and it was integrated.

I wanted to log in through shopify apps klaviyo but then was shown the klaviyo home page with the registration/integration.

How do I get back to my normal account now? That doesn't work anymore

Thanks for sharing your question with the Klaviyo Community!

The Klaviyo app via the Shopify App Store is meant as a first time registration and not meant as a login portal for Klaviyo. 

Instead, we recommend logging into your Klaviyo account by navigating to and logging in with the credentials you originally created. In the event you used the Klaviyo app via the Shopify App Store and registered a second time, this may indicate that you created another Klaviyo account that you may have linked to your Shopify store. If this has occurred, I would recommend following the instructions found in the below Community post on how to uninstall this accidentally created Klaviyo account with your Shopify store.
