I’m having some issues with the products not publishing.

The app embed is active. I tried to manually create a source but it’s showing Feed Inaccessible.

My client is on the free account and is past the trial period so I can’t reach out to Klaviyo for her.

I’ve never seen anything like this before. And yes, products are published/active on the Shopify store.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
