Hi there, even though I have changed the sender name in my emails, whenever Klaviyo sends an email, it still displays my complete email domain as the sender name. What could I be doing wrong?

Have you followed our directions on our documentation on how to set up the sender name in your Organization section of your Account settings?

 

Do you mind sharing a screenshot of what your sender name is and what you see displaying in the email you receive?
