I would like to seek assistance and advice on some domain issues. According to my IT team, the domain is connected properly and no issue, however it is not the same on Klaviyo (as per screenshot).

Can anyone help me on this? thank you!

Looks like there is a typo in the branded email settings.

 

You domain looks like:

lnl.forist.lnl.florist
 

it should be

send.lnl.florist

 


I cant seem to change the domain, trying to change the name at the records page also didn’t work :(

Is there anyone who have a different solution maybe? 


Hello @LNL There is an option to delete the existing domain and then setup new one. Click on the 3 dots right next to status
