Shopify Transactional email template

Attached is a test email for the "Shipping Confirmation" transactional email from Klaviyo after pasting the code in Shopify.


Before I save, can you please advise the difference between the Track Package and Track Package # buttons in this email?


I have done a search and can’t find any info related to this. Do I need both these buttons and if so, what do each of them do?

Thank you for your patience here! Happy to help! 


The first button which reads "Track Package" is designed to only show if only one tracking number is generated. The second button, which reads "Track Package # forloop.index", will display to anyone who has more than a single tracking number; this will loop through all of the tracking numbers and it will allow the recipient to track each package with a separate button.

If you'd like to make changes to these buttons, I'd encourage you to reach out to Shopify support as these are designed to use Shopify specific tags and we will not have visibility into this.
