Our account is no longer working - we have no data in our dashboard, email templates and campaign data.

From my experience, you’re most likely logged into a Klaviyo account you may have accidentally created that is now connected to your existing ecommerce platform/website. This can happen in several instance such as launching the Klaviyo app from the Shopify app store. You can confirm if you have multiple Klaviyo accounts linked to your website causing this discrepancy by inspecting your website and seeing if there are multiple Klaviyo.js pointing to multiple accounts. I would also suggest reaching out to our wonderful Klaviyo Support Team should you need more assistance on either removing this duplicate Klaviyo account or investigating your account further!
