There is no domain configuration in my Klaviyo setting in shopify

Since all emails sent from Klavyio in my shopify site are bounced I found this interesting article - but I cannot do anything since there is no Domain tab in my settings in Klaviyo.

I set up the sending domain and I just tested with my gmail account and finally was not bounced.
