I’ve turned off onsite tracking so that it doesn’t slow down my site but in developer tools, I can still see klaviyo tracking. If I turn off the app in shopify, the tracking doesn’t appear at all. So, clearly, there is something inside the app that is still tracking after I’ve turned off onsite tracking.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Do you mind clarifying where you see klaviyo still tracking? 

 

Additionally, have you taken the steps mentioned here to toggle onsite tracking off? This should be the only step you need to take!
