I have a user that is listed as ‘pending invite’. They received the initial invite email but the. link expired. When I click ‘resend invites’ they never receive a second email with a new link.
How can I get this user to confirm their invite?

Do you mind sharing how many times you’ve sent the user invite? If it has been multiple times, you might be hitting a list-bombing prevention wall. I would recommend trying again your next business day, and follow the steps out lined in these similar threads to successfully add another account user!
