Hi, I just integrated an online store that have their website on Wix and ‘viewed product’ doesn’t work.
First time I thought that maybe just the metrics with WIX logo it will work there, but I checked ‘active on site’ too and it’s fine.
Anyone who faced the same problem on thr WIX integration? Do you have any idea witch can be the problem?

As for Viewed Product, I can confirm Viewed Product tracking is not inherent to the Wix integration, as you can see on the Wix data reference documentation.
If you'd like to have this metric, you would need to create it custom using our API. The following API doc will walk you through the process if you're a developer or working with one: Viewed Product via API. If you are not comfortable with custom coding, you can connect with Klaviyo partner or better yet one of our partner Community champions, to set this up for you!
