Before I upgrade my account on klaviyo, what would I have to do on my emails that has been skipped and contacts? Should I stopped the emails before I upgrade or it’s okay to let them be and upgrade?

There is nothing that you necessarily have ‘to do’ or it will be lost in your account when you go through the process of upgrading. I’d suggest checking out our documentation that will walk you through how to upgrade your account. When you upgrade your account from free to paid you unlock many features such as:
- access to live chat
- more extensive email marketing opportunities
- unlock exclusive branding options
