Can you confirm whether or not your State/ Province / Region area is filled in? I've noticed that if some companies don’t have a ‘region’ in their address, they try to leave it blank. However, instead I’d recommend using your city to fill in your region, for example "London" to "London, City of" that should get the system to fully recognize the address.
Additionally, I would also suggest running your address through USPS’s address validation tool to make sure you’re inputting a valid address.
