Every time an email is sent out to my subscribers, it goes directly to their junk email / promotions section of their mail box, which they cannot see. I would like to know how to resolve this issue. And how do I set-up my domain?

When starting to send on a new ESP or after setting up a new dedicated sending domain, it is strongly encouraged that you go through a warming process as a way to prove to the ISPs (Gmail, Hotmail, etc.) that you are a good sender. This will set you up in the best possible position for deliverability (landing in the inbox) success.
When warming, you’ll be sending to the most engaged opted-in contacts who will give you the best chance for high open rates in an effort to prove to the ISPs that subscribers are engaging with the content that you are sending.
