We had an urgent email send scheduled for today...and hit some glitches on pre-send testing.

Klaviyo Chat Support is down all day.  Any idea why they can’t staff someone?

Thanks for joining our Community and thank you @Bobi N. for hopping in. Chat was closed on Monday, as we were officially closed for the day, but we did have folks from the Support team online, answering emails.
