Hi, my live chat has not been working for several days. It just says there are a number of agents waiting and then says Im “disconnected from the Wifi” which is clearly wrong when i exit the chat. This has been going on for a few days now and I can’t get in touch with the live chat feature.

Welcome to the Community! Sorry to hear you’ve had this frustrating issue with chat!

 

At this time, there isn’t a reported issue with chat. I’d recommend clearing your browser history, ensuring all cookies and caches are removed. Quite often, a build up of browser cache can affect SaaS platforms such as Klaviyo - so we recommend periodically clearing it, which may be the reason why you were not able to see an estimated time frame.
