Activity Feed not showing events for a long time

We´ve recently starting using Klaviyo to accept events and trigger Flows to send emails. 

Up until recently the incoming events have shown up pretty quickly in the activity feed. Now however we are noticing the events dropping into the feed up to an hour later - and subsequently triggering the Flow. 

 

Why is this happening - is the incoming queue, at any time, throttled?

If this behavior recently started, I would suspect it is caused by the AWS incident that was recently surfaced which is impacting various components of Klaviyo. I would suggest periodically checking in on our Public Status page for the latest news regarding this incident. In addition, you can also subscribe to receive automated updates from the incident specific page.  

Another area to check would be making sure your integration is connected properly. If your integration occurs any errors or issues, this may cause some delays or omissions in events being synced to Klaviyo.
