If I have 6 Shopify stores for 6 different countries. US UK ES AU FR DE. Is there a best practice for exporting/analyzing the flows performance and comparing the different countries flows to each other?

Thanks for sharing this question with us.
Your best bet is to export the flow analytics for each flow. Exporting the analytics for a certain flow allows you to easily measure and review how successful a flow is. Further, you can analyze the data on message by message basis, examining how each SMS or email is performing.
To export the analytics for a given flow, navigate to the Flows tab of your account. Here, you will see an Export Analytics button at the top.
From here, you can compare the results from the exported files. We have more information on this in our documentation: How to Export Flow Analytics.
