Since our account in Klaviyo has been fully set up in terms of flows. Now it’s time for us to do data analytics. Given the Klaviyo analytics tab has been enough for all the things we want, we still want a customer journey dashboard created based on google sheets (for easily using). The dashboard can contains all the customers’ touch points from us (which flow they are in right now, which messages they have received and are going to be received in the future, how many items they have bought from us, what products did they seen the last time, etc).
Pardon me if my question seems silly, because Klaviyo has just been my first email application to dive in. Any suggestions, recommendation, guidelines I would appreciate all. Hope you guys have a great holiday coming up.
