Hello - a client I work with is rebranding and changing their primary URL. What do I need to do in Klaviyo to make sure the change does not affect our deliverability? I’d like to avoid any “re-warming” because we already have a 3 year sending history.

Where you are linking to won't have impact so you are all good there. Your sending reputation is solely tied to the branded sending domain you have set up in the account.
 
If you changed the branded sending domain, then it would have an impact and the account would likely need to warm again. 
 
As long as the branded sending domain remains the same, you are good to go with changing the store one and sending emails. I hope this helps!
