Hi there, I’ve noticed a big decrease in my broadcast click rate and I can’t seem to get it up. My open rate is fantastic and we’re making good revenue on each broadcasted email, but the click rate is still low. I’ve been split-testing, making sure there is a CTA near the top of the email, etc. Any advice or tips? Or is anyone else struggling with this too?

If you haven’t already, I would suggest taking a look through our How to increase email click rates and Troubleshooting decreasing KPIs Help Center articles. In them, you’ll find key strategies to help recover these decreasing KPIs.  

In my experience, when open rates are being sustained just click rates are declining, this is typically content related. In essence, you’re targeting the right audience, hence the positive open rates. But the message content doesn’t speak to your recipients or does not convince them to take that next step in making that click to learn more about what you’re trying to convey.
