Has anyone noticed that their click through rate has significantly decreased recently? Ours dropped a lot in the month of October and I’m wondering if it has anything to do with IOS updates and inflated open rates. Or could it have something to do with image size?

With the iOS update we have not seen a major issue with open/click rates recently. The drop in click rates  likely comes down to the content in your email. You should include relevant content for your subscribers, with clear CTAs so that your subscribers can easily click through to your site. Relevant products and discounts can certainly help with click-throughs, but keep in mind it's important to keep it in moderation. Too many images in the email and discounts sent too often can desensitize your subscribers from these offerings. As long as the image sizes in your emails are not distorting your messages on preview and test sends, this should not be the cause of a drop in click rates. Also using Smart Send Time will help target the best time to send your content to your customers and can help increase open/click rates.
