I have an email that has notified us that they aren’t received emails. I researched and discovered they had a hard bounce due to a lapse in payments and they were automatically suppressed in klaviyo. I don’t have the obvious option to unsuppress which im sure is intentional.
they want to be a part of our database. can someone tell me how to get them un suppressed good to know.
note, they are also subscribed to marketing but still suppressed. thanks.
