Hi,

Apologies if there is already a similar post in the forum. However, I recently transitioned to Klaviyo for my business’s email marketing and am still exploring the available features here.

I am looking to build a flow regarding failed orders and was wondering if there is a way to get that metric in Klaviyo. I have seen the Woocommerce metrics in Klaviyo and can’t seem to find the right metric to represent what I need.

Flow:

If ‘order status: fail’, send email etc

Is there a way to do this with the existing metrics or how can I create a custom metric for order status?

Thanks a bunch :)

Hello @Chrystal,

Thanks for sharing your question with the Klaviyo Community!

The integration between WooCommerce and Klaviyo does not pass a Failed Payment event. That said, you can still accomplish passing a Failed Payment event to Klaviyo to trigger a flow notifying the customer by either using a third party payment service such as Stripe or custom coding your own event to pass this event to Klaviyo. I discussed these options in a similar Community post on the subject below:

I hope this helps!
