Customer base - conversion | Klaviyo Community

Is there any place on Klaviyo from where I can get a detailed insight into the customer base - who have converted in the last 1 year through campaigns and flows that went out through Klaviyo. Right now, I can see which campaigns and flows have performed well and added to ROI but how to view which customers (names and email ids) have contributed to the ROI.

Hi @Dodli ! While we do have reports for analyzing product performance or purchases, we don’t have a specific report for this by individual, per se. My question to you is what is your use-case for this information? Perhaps there’s another workaround we can tease out.
