We recently migrated the historical mailchimp campaign data to Klaviyo via the Klaviyo integration app and selected the option “Collect open and click data for MailChimp campaigns."
We observe that “Bounced” and “Recipients” metrics are the same as MailChimp.
But there are data mismatches between “Opened” and “Clicked” metrics.
Why are the data not the same as mailchimp after historical data synced?
Could someone provide some insight into this?
