Has anyone noticed deliverability going down? It almost appears as thought the auto settings from klaviyo aren’t correct (dkim, etc). I have now moved two different people from other platforms (mailchimp and shopify) where both times their open rates were MUCH higher on those platforms. I have a good deliverability score, keep my lists clean, but cannot match what I was seeing on their old accounts. Anyone have a similar issue?

I typically find it to be the opposite when migrating contacts over! Did you do a warm-up process for their account? I know Klaviyo advises that you don’t have to with the dedicated domain but I’m ultra-paranoid with deliverability for clients and find it works well to soft-launch them into sending from Klaviyo.
