Your TXT Record In your Shopify DNS settings should be configured in this way:

Host Name: This should be "_domainkey.[yourdomain.com]" (replace "[yourdomain.com]" with your actual domain name).
Value: Copy and paste the complete public key obtained from SendGrid into the TXT record value field.
TTL: Set the Time To Live (TTL) to a low value like 3600 seconds (1 hour) for faster propagation.

  • Once you've implemented this, allow some time for DNS propagation (up to 24 hours)
  • After waiting, use a tool like MXToolbox again to check your email deliverability. You should see a "DKIM ok" status if configured correctly.
  • Monitor your email deliverability metrics over time to ensure emails are being sent and received properly.

@Gproli it doesn’t look like you’ve set up your branded sending domain in Klaviyo which have different DNS records. In doing so your SPF and DKIM will be updated automatically. You’ll need to do this eventually with the new sender requirements!
