After setting up branded sending domain, my deliverability score decreases awfully! For some reasons I need to stop sending email for two weeks. But when I come back it decreases to 43!!! Even the domain reputations get fallen. 

What should I do? Do I need to warm up the domain again?

@miraz24 Hey there! No problem, let’s work through this together. Setting up a branded sending domain should increase your deliverability, not decrease it, so I suspect something else is going on here. 

 

First, can you walk me through in more detail about:

  1. How long have you been using Klaviyo? Did you recently move from another ESP?
  2. When did you purchase your original domain? How long have you been sending marketing and transactional email with it?
  3. Where did you see you needed to stop sending for 2 weeks?
  4. Where are you reading this deliverability score? Can you show me?
  5. What is your average spam complaint rate? Unsubscribe rate? Bounce rate?
  6. Have you seen any unusual spikes with deliverability issues to certain domains, such as Outlook or Hotmail?
