I tried a paid Klaviyo account for 2 months, after that i returned to a free account and since then klaviyo does not send my flow emails it always skips them and all of them, When I try to change something I get a window that shows error 403

First, it looks like your emails are being skipped due to the flow filter you have in placed. If those are the skipped emails for an abandoned cart flow, then there is no issue. This took place correctly as an order was placed since the user had started the Flow, therefore, you would not want them to receive the Abandoned Cart emails.
