I'm working on a client's gated website on Shopify, and since March, the "active on site" event has stopped reflecting, even though it has been working fine before. Does anyone know what might be causing this issue?
Here's some context: The website requires a code for access. When I tested it myself, I only had to enter the code once when I was added to the list, and now I can access the site without re-entering the code. However, despite this, the "active on site" or "viewed product" activity is not being reflected on the profile. Could the gated nature of the website be affecting this? Any insights would be appreciated.
