Having Deliverability Issue

Question

Hi!!!We are very new to this platform and have not yet sent any emails. However when we were sending the test of our first campaign all of them have been going to the spam folder.  We contacted google to activate our DNS and then we tried to send one email to a very small list (basically us) ad again all went to the spam folder. Contacted google again and they checked and said our domain is in some kind of black list. Does anyone know what to do? or has anyone experience this in the past? Hi @ZenfulLife! There could be a few things going on here. Let’s troubleshoot:How old is your Klaviyo account? Were you on another ESP previously?Did you follow the recommended warming process?Are you using a branded sending domain? If yes, when was your domain registered?
