Hey. I have emails set up on flows that are working properly when tested, fit the standard size that Gmail and Yahoo ask for, but once I send them, I got messages from recipients saying that they're not being able to see any of the images on the email - it's as if the email was too heavy to load, except it is not. That's for Yahoo users.

Has anyone experienced that before? What else should I check?

  • Use Standard Image Formats: Stick to JPEG, PNG, or GIF formats and avoid overly complex HTML styling.

  • Compress Image Files: Use tools like TinyPNG to reduce image size for faster loading.
