I recently completed email warmup for a new client after shifting from CM Commerce to Klaviyo.
Part way through the warming up phase, our open and click rates suddently inflated from an average of 36% and 2% to as 60% and 8% respectively.
Obviously, these are false/bot clicks and opens as they happened within 2 minutes of sending the email.
I further analysed the data and 98% of the false opens and clicks are from Hotmail/Outlook. (Our SPF, DKIM, DMarc, etc are all properly set up.)
I know false opens and clicks are expected but this is way higher than the normal.
Does anyone have any suggestions to fix this issue?
