Inflated Open/Click Rates for Office 365?

Hi all, as you can see from the attached image, the engagement rates for Office 365 seem artificially inflated, as if there’s some security feature scanning through our emails. Does anyone else see this in their metrics? Is there anything we can do about this?

@daphnewp It’s certainly possible, especially if these types of results are becoming more consistent for you. Inbox providers are constantly changing their algorithms to mitigate spam. If this was a one-time result and did not result in increased spam or unsubscribes, I wouldn’t sweat it.
