Is it Possible to Restore Deleted API Metrics?

I had some Metrics from Segment that I deleted. I changed Segment Write keys and accounts and I want to restore back those metrics that I deleted. How do I do that?

Thanks for sharing your question with us! 

 

While Klaviyo can restore some deleted features in an account, we cannot recover everything. For instance, if a flow email is deleted, the associated metrics are also deleted and cannot be restored. We can restore the original flow or the emails, but the metrics are not going to be restored. Unfortunately, that means that we cannot recover metrics from a deleted segment as well.
