Hey fellow Klaviyo partners and pros!

I’d love to hear from you all about how you produce detailed yet visually pleasant Klaviyo audit reports and also quarterly performance reports for customers?

Do you use native Klaviyo reports or export the data into an external tool to produce the reports?

Hi @Mike-H

Klaviyo’s native reporting and dashboards are OK for reporting for users, but is lacking in certain areas.

Like @ali786 says, I create my client reports in spreadsheets for use in MS PPT or Google Looker Studio depending on my requirement.

A web service called Supermetrics (paid) does have various data source modules for Looker, including Klaviyo, that can reduce the need for spreadsheets and keep the data up-to-date in near realtime. I’ve used Supermetrics for combining data sources including digital ads, Google Analytics etc but I’ve not tried their Klaviyo module.

Hope that helps

Andy

@Mike-H Different marketers present the Klaviyo audit in various ways. Some use Google Sheets, Excel sheets, or Google Slides. It’s up to you to make it presentable and easy to understand.

For reports, you can export them to Looker Studio or Google Sheets to draw conclusions and share with the client, or use another format of your choice

Thank you all for your feedback. I think I’m going to export the data out and use them in a PPT for the time being. Thanks again!
