Our customers are not getting emails in their normal inbox anymore, it goes to spam on nearly all gmail addresses,

This would be the blacklisted ip 149.72.90.89, it is blacklisted on s5h.net.

 

Anything we can do about that?

Hi @Wietse! How do you know your IP has been blacklisted? Has this always been an issue, or when start? is your branded sending domain set up and your DMARC configured?
