Hi Everyone,

I'm encountering a concerning issue with one of my client's accounts. Specifically, Yahoo profiles are repeatedly marking emails as spam, which has caused the deliverability score to drop significantly from 80% to 68% in just a few days.

Has anyone else experienced this behavior? Any advice on how to address this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your response. I reached out to support, and they confirmed that it's possible for a profile to mark a message as spam multiple times, and unfortunately, there's no way to prevent this from happening. However, I noticed that these incidents, along with others showing the same records, all occurred at the exact same time. It's frustrating to see a significant drop in our deliverability score due to this unusual behavior from certain profiles.
