New Integration to SPP

Hello All,

 

Would really appreciate some help.

 

Our business is moving away from the Shopify platform on to another platform called Sales Provider Pro (SPP).

There is a very basic integration between SPP and Klaviyo and they only send one event to Klaviyo, this being Placed Order and Placed Order Value, which is not a Shopify metric, I think it's the built in Klaviyo one.
This metric is not available in the campaign drop down filter.

Without all the other Shopify Metrics we're going to be a bit lost. 

I need a little help and some basic articles or help on how to set this up.

Since Klaviyo did not design the integration with SPP, we don’t have much insight into how to customize or create metrics from that end. 

 

However, if you’re looking to create custom metrics that mimic the Shopify metrics, we do offer the following guides:
