Hello, I recently discovered a problem with one of my emails :

When the email “n°2” on my flow is sent, the status “Received Email” appears, but when the user opens it, the status “Opened Email” does not appear…

The problem only occurs with email “n°2” of my flow, and this email is not considered “Spam”.

Happy to assist.  It sounds like your emails are a bit too long and are being clipped by Email Service Providers.  Can you try editing the location of your tracking pixel and see if that rectifies the issue?

A mais de uma semana, fiz um Flow dentro da minha conta Klaviyo, e todos os e-mail, 100% deles está como status " IGNORADO ", não chega nem na caixa de spam de ninguém, já fiz várias e várias varreduras, para tentar descobrir o erro, não encontrei nada. Meu domínio está verificado, está tudo em ordem. Preciso que me ajudem a resolver isso, e tirar meus e-mails do Status " IGNORADO ".
