Resolving descrepamcies between Klaviyo Analytics

Hey yall,

 

We have several stores in the UK, AU, and other EU. Our store in the US is doing $150k from post purchase flow.  But we think this number is flawed. 

 

Can someone help us out as to why we might be having such high figures when we clearly are not?

Welcome to the Klaviyo Community! Thank you so much for reaching out for help.

Can you share more information on why you think the numbers are wrong? Last week there was a bug noted where the analytics didnt match. The issue is with dates when looking at the data inside the message. The end date is off. If you move the end date out 1 day the analytics should align correctly.Example: Customer wants to see Data for July 1st to July 31st. In the main flow edit page you can use July 1st to July 31st when viewing the analytics cards but when clicking into the individual message analytics overview, you need to view the data for July 1st to Aug 1st to get the data for July 1st to July 31st.

Please let me know if this is the same bug you are seeing? If not, I would contact Klaviyo Support so they can look directly into your account to determine why your analytics might be so far off.
