Hi,

During a review meeting today, my client did a screen share so we could work through some edits to the welcome flow. Her view looked very different than mine - hers includes revenue and my view doesn’t (even though I have admin access). Here’s an example of one of the email’s analytics. Any idea on how to fix this?

Thank you for sharing this question with the Klaviyo community.

The metric you see there depends on the metric that is selected in the Klaviyo dashboard under the performance tab. This metric can be different from user-to-user on any given account. So your client had it set to “Placed Order”, while you have it set to “Active on Site”. 

If you update this to "Placed Order", then head back to the flow, you should see the conversion metrics appear as “Placed Order” rather than “Active on Site”.
