Hello Klaviyo Community,

I am seeking some advice on how to re-engage an old email list that has been inactive for a while. The list consists of approximately 40,000 email addresses, and I am hoping to develop a strategy to re-engage these subscribers and start generating engagement and conversions again.

I would appreciate any suggestions or tips on how to approach this challenge. Some specific questions I have include:

  • What are some effective ways to re-engage an old email list?
  • How can I segment the list to better target specific groups of subscribers?
  • What types of content should I include in my emails to grab the subscribers' attention and encourage them to engage with our brand again?
  • Are there any best practices for re-engaging an old email list that I should be aware of?
