Hi all, it’s me again!

I’m wondering if anyone else is running into this issue. 

I have my domain purchased through Google, and when I create a subdomain and point it to Shopify, I can’t create an email for the subdomain without having Shopify’s DNS records to create an email. 

Has anyone else run into this issue and found a solution? Hopefully this makes sense!

I’m no expert in DNS configurations, but I wonder if this past Community post may be helpful:

I would further recommend reaching out to your IT or network administrator to further assistance on this since it does involve your DNS backed. We also have an expansive network of Klaviyo Partners who can lend a helping hand as well. Check out our Klaviyo Partner directory to match with one.

@David To OH my GOSH!!! I didn’t realize Klaviyo had a feature within the system to create a dedicated sending domain. My life has changed. 

That’s all I needed ha! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! What a great feature.
