We have an issue with the Viewed Product event for the Browse Abandonment flow - it doesn’t seem to work. Does anyone know if Klaviyo supports Shopify Pages, not the Product Detail Pages for the VIewed Product event?
Is klaviyo not set up to treat Shopify Pages (not PDPs) visits as triggers for this flow?
And how can I maybe manually set up the event on the Shopify pages if it is possible at all. Please help!

As a first step I’d recommend reviewing our Help Center article, Troubleshooting viewed product tracking.
If none of those troubleshooting steps apply, you can add the Viewed Product snippet manually to the page you want to trigger it.
The customizable snippet is here, and would need to be added to your product page template or associated JavaScript:
