What is the proper UTM tracking set up in Klaviyo to be able to separately track Email and SMS as mediums in GA4? 

 

We use Klaviyo to send both email and SMS campaigns and flows.

Hey @justinepnk ,

I would just set your mediums in Klaviyo as “email” or “sms” for all flows and campaigns. GA4 can then group accordingly into the Default Channel Groupings.

Alternatively, you can also make custom channel groupings in GA4 if you wanted to use the Klaviyo defaults of flows and campaigns as mediums. I prefer using the email/sms as the medium though and identifying flows/campings with some of the other utm parameters.
