Given that we have to follow the new Google & Yahoo sender requirements, will changing our reply-to-address on Klaviyo mess up with the deliverability, etc.?

According to the new sender requirements the sender address and the dedicated sending domain need to be the same, otherwise we can't send to Yahoo and Gmail addresses.
But how about just changing it on every campaigns? For example here:

Our current setup is that we have 3 different domains for 3 different geos but we only use 1 email address as our customer service contact point.
How does this work for others with the same setup as ours?
Thank you! Hoping to be helped here.

HI @JayneG! Changing your reply-to address has no affect on your deliverability because it’s a different function; accepting mail versus sending it. You can change your reply-to address to anything you want, even a completely different domain.

Your sender email address is the one that needs to match the domain of your branded sending domain in order to remain compliant. You can only have 1 per Klaviyo account and it’s the same domain you set up with your DNS records. In your case, looks like nikkiajoycosmetics.co. Any user on this domain is acceptable, such as support@nikkiajoycosmetics.co or hello@nikkiajoycosmetics.co, but a different domain is not. However, sending from a different address than your subscribers are used to, even on the same domain, may still confuse them and result in higher spam complaints and unsubscribes which would affect your deliverability.

Hope that helps :)
