I need the product viewed metric, but I don't have Shopify's product.liquid to set up the code...How can it be done in Woocommerce?

There is a Klaviyo Wordpress plugin that will achieve this for you (this is in addition to the integration step)!
If you follow these steps here - https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005255808 it should get you all set for tracking including the Viewed Product metric as well.
